To all of our loyal customers.
The Covid-19 National crisis is progressing very quickly, so it with a heavy heart we have taken the decision to close all 5 of our Holiday Parks. We currently have no end date.
There can be no argument that stands against Government advice, therefore Sunnysands Caravan Park, Parc Caerelwan, Moelfre View, Tyddyn Goronwy and Snowdon View will close tomorrow, Monday 23rd March 2020 at 5.00pm until further notice. We encourage everyone to do their part and stay at home.
The health and well-being of our staff, guests and local rural communities is our number one priority. We will endeavour to keep you updated as the situation progresses and as we continue to monitor Government guidance. We can assure you that the Parks will reopen again as soon as we are able to do so.
We would like to take this opportunity to thank all of our dedicated staff across our 5 Parks for their unwavering support through this extremely challenging time.
Holiday Home Owners
We appreciate that you will need time to prepare your holiday homes to leave. If we can be of any assistance please let us know. Please follow your normal routines regarding turning water off. We recommend that you empty your freezer and take all perishable food home with you. Your barrier passes will also be switched off. We advise you refund any upcoming bookings you have in full unless they wish to forward their booking onto a future date.
Our Accounts department and Reception staff will be working from home Monday to Friday 9am-1pm and 2pm-5pm. Please email them where possible.

Upcoming Holiday Bookings
We will contact everyone who has a booking with us in the near future. Please be patient. Our phone lines, email and social media platforms are extremely busy and we will get back to you as soon as we are able.
Our family are devastated at this decision. We are in uncharted territory but we hope the actions implemented by the Government have a positive effect on saving lives and stopping the rapid spread of this virus in our wonderful Country. We urge you to follow Government guidance to essential travel ONLY. Please consider the distance to the nearest hospital and the services in the area which are already stretched to their limit before you set off from your home. We wish you well over the coming weeks and look forward to your return when it is safe to do so.

Our weekly bookings run Saturday to Saturday ONLY. Minimum stay is 2 nights.

If you book alternative days online or less than 2 nights (3 nights during Bank Holidays and Peak Season), your booking may not be accepted.
To BOOK ONLINE just click on the "Book Online" button in the top right hand corner. A non-refundable deposit of £50.00 is required at the time of booking to secure accommodation. The remaining balance is due 28 days before arrival. You can pay instalments against the balance if you wish. To make a payment, please call us on the below number or click on "Access Client Portal" to pay online. For last minute bookings, payment in FULL is required at time of booking or it will be cancelled. Price includes VAT at 20% (subject to change if rate alters)
Bookings can also be made by calling Reception on 01341 247301. We are open 7 days a week in holiday season.
We have an out of hours office answer service. Just leave your name and telephone number and we will call you back.
Short Breaks - Book online or call Reception on the above number and we will check availability and quote you a price.
Please note: There is a 3 night minimum stay during Bank Holidays and Peak Season (Summer Holidays) Please check you have booked the correct accommodation for your party size and ensure you have booked a dog friendly caravan if you are bringing your pet. Refunds will not be given if you book an incorrect caravan. If you are unsure which caravan best suit your needs, please call us and we will be happy to help.
All caravans are connected to mains electric and water and have their own shower/toilet, colour television, microwave, refrigerator and all necessary inventory including duvets and pillows. Gas and electricity is included in the hiring charge.
