Caravan Hire

We are now taking weekly bookings (Saturday to Saturday) for next year over the phone and online! Please call us on 01341 247301 or click the "Book Online" button to make a booking.

Please note: Sunnysands Caravan Park no longer accepts touring caravans, motorhomes or trailer tents.

COVID -19 UPDATE

Our bookings run Saturday to Saturday, Monday to Friday or Friday to Monday ONLY. Unfortunately we cannot accept alternative bookings this year. This is to allow our housekeeping team sufficient time between each booking to clean the accommodation. All facilities are open including the swimming pool, however, there is no live entertainment in New Horizons club until next Season - this includes our annual Halloween party unfortunately.

If you book alternative days online, your booking will not be accepted.

BOOKINGS

A non-refundable deposit of £50.00 per week booked is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due 28 days before arrival and the housekeeping deposit is due up to one week before arrival. You can pay instalments against the balance if you wish. To make a payment, please call us on the below number or click on "Access Client Portal" to pay online. For last minute bookings, payment in FULL is required at time of booking or it will be cancelled. Price includes VAT at 20% (subject to change if rate alters)

Bookings can be made by calling Reception on 01341 247301. We are open 7 days a week in the holiday season.
We have an out of hours office answer service. Just leave your name and telephone number and we will call you back.

Important: Please check you have booked the correct accommodation for your party size and ensure you have booked a dog friendly caravan if you are bringing your pet. Refunds will not be given if you book an incorrect caravan. If you are unsure which caravan best suit your needs, please call us and we will be happy to help.

All caravans are connected to mains electric and water and have their own shower/toilet, colour television, microwave, refrigerator, small freezer compartment and all necessary inventory including duvets and pillows. Gas and electricity is included in the hiring charge. Please bring your own towels for all caravans. Only Gold standard caravans and Accessibility caravans are supplied with bed linen. You must bring your own for bronze and silver caravans.

If you expect to arrive after 5pm (4pm on Sundays) please contact Reception ASAP on 01341 247301 to arrange alternative key collection for your accommodation.

£60.00 housekeeping deposit is to be paid up to one week before your arrival over the phone. For dog friendly caravans, this deposit is £100.00. PLEASE NOTE: THE HOUSEKEEPING DEPOSIT WILL BE £100.00 FOR ALL CARAVANS IN THE 2022 SEASON. This will be refunded back on to the card you use to pay the housekeeping deposit after your departure as per the terms set out below. Cheques are no longer accepted.

THIS IS A SELF CATERING HOLIDAY. HOWEVER, WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CHECK THE ACCOMMODATION AS STATED ON YOUR CHECKOUT ENVELOPE BEFORE YOU LEAVE. PLEASE LEAVE THE ACCOMMODATION IN A CLEAN AND TIDY CONDITION WITHOUT DAMAGE READY FOR THE NEXT OCCUPANTS. ANY USED LINEN NEEDS TO BE PLACED IN THE LINEN BAGS PROVIDED AND LEFT IN THE BATHROOM.

You are required to vacate your accommodation by the time stated on your checkout envelope. Please wait at your caravan for a housekeeper to arrive to check you out. Your deposit will be retained if the caravan, at inspection, is not found to be clean and tidy.

  • All accommodation is Non Smoking.
  • Only designated caravans permit dogs.
  • Sorry we cannot accept bookings from single sex groups or groups of under 25's.
  • A copy of our 2021 / 2022 Hire Tariffs and Park Map are available to view online.

COVID-19 UPDATE

Postponement and cancellation

This clause explains when you, or we, may cancel or agree to postpone your holiday due to Government restrictions. We prefer that you postpone but will always allow you to cancel where the law gives you the right to do so. The rights in this clause are additional to any other rights either of us may have in our terms and conditions.

We promise to keep all our customers safe. We ask you not to book if the law prevents you visiting or staying with us, or if Government guidance means that you should not visit or stay with us even if the law still allows you to. Our promise also means that there are limited circumstances in which we may need to cancel your holiday.

Either of us has the right to cancel your holiday, or any full unused days, if the law prevents you from visiting or staying with us. If your holiday has not started, then we will refund your booking in full less any costs we have already incurred on your holiday which we cannot recover elsewhere (“Direct Costs”). If your holiday has started, then we will refund in full any full days unused when we cancel, again less any Direct Costs. We will not charge an administration fee.

Either of us also has the right to cancel your holiday, or any full unused days, if Government guidance means that you should not visit or stay with us, even if the law still allows you to do so. If your holiday has not started, then we will refund your booking in full. If your holiday has started, then we will refund in full any full days unused when we cancel. We will not charge an administration fee and we will not deduct any Direct Costs.

Changes to our facilities and services

We may make reasonable changes to the facilities and services at the park provided these changes do not materially reduce their quality. Our changes may reflect changes in relevant laws and regulatory requirements or implement minor technical adjustments and improvements, for example to address a health and safety risk.

If we make changes to the facilities and services at the park which materially reduce their quality, we will give you the choice between confirming your booking, agreeing new booking dates with us or cancelling. If your holiday has not started and you decide to cancel, then we will refund your booking in full. If your holiday has started, then we will refund in full any full days unused when we cancel. We will not charge an administration fee, and we will not deduct any Direct Costs.
